chin ups (one minute)
weighted walking lunges (one minute)
pushups (one minute)
sit ups (one minute)
weighted squats (one minute)
L-sits (one minute)
(holding yourself up on two parallel bars, lift legs straight up in front of you)Variation: Lift one leg at a time, leave other leg on floor or bar.
run

repeat all 4 times, no breaks. Surprisingly sweat inducing.
