For the love of GOD !!

20 pull ups (not bad)
40 push ups (still okay)
60 squats (no problem)

5 rounds for time (Dear God in Heaven, I may not survive the day)

To tally that all up. It's a grand total of:
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats

Throw in a 5 Km run for good measure..muwahahaha!!!
